Tbilisi's First Skyscraper Built to New York Standards

Tbilisi Gardens is a complex of three 29- to 31-story towers by international developer Quadrum Global, which has been active in Georgia since 2012. Tower III is being built using monolithic frame technology with a seismic-resistant central core, designed by the Israeli firm MYS Architects, with common-area interiors created by New York designer Vicente Wolf.

The complex holds 368 apartments in total, 62 of them in Tower III, ranging from 68.6 m² to 201.1 m². The building is certified to US NFPA fire safety standards, with triple-lock fire doors, a sprinkler system, and a backup diesel generator.

It is located in the Saburtalo district, a 5-minute walk from Delisi metro station and 200 meters from Vazha-Pshavela Avenue.

Quadrum Global is an investment and development company founded in 2005, with a portfolio of projects in New York and Miami worth more than $1 billion. It has been active in the Georgian market since 2012, when it acquired a 4-hectare plot in Saburtalo.

Tbilisi Gardens is not the company's first tower in the complex: Tower II was already delivered in 2023, and Tower III is being built to the same New York quality standards.
